Common Questions.
Clear answers on intellectual property, data residency, and my operational exit strategy.
Ask a Specific QuestionWho owns the code?
You do. 100%. Every line of code, every design file, and every technical document is legally transferred to you upon final payment. I provide a signed Transfer Certificate for your records.
Do I need technical skills to manage my assets?
No. I build for 'Operational Independence'. While you have root access, the systems are designed to be user-friendly. I also offer ongoing maintenance if you prefer my principal-led oversight.
What is your 'Exit Strategy'?
I believe I succeed when you no longer need me. My goal is to set up your infrastructure so perfectly documented and automated that you can manage it internally or hand it to any other engineer with zero friction.
Is my data stored on SecuNova servers?
Never. I either deploy to your owned public cloud accounts (AWS/Vercel) or directly to your local hardware (NAS). I never act as a 'tenant' for your data.
